This Sauvignon Blanc displays an intense bouquet of gooseberry, guava and cut grass. Crisp, delicate texture, lively palate, exhibiting distinctive grassy, gooseberry characters typical of the variety. A balanced palate with a crisp finish of moderate length.

The 2006 Unwooded Chardonnay displays an intense bouquet of peach and melon with hints of tropical fruit. A vibrant fruity palate with a creamy, luscious texture having generous peach, nectarine and tropical fruit characters. Balanced and approachable palate of good length finishing with lingering fruit flavours.

2005 Unwooded Chardonnay
This wine has been made entirely from chardonnay grapes grown and selectively hand picked on our Eastbrook vineyard in the renowned wine growing region of Pemberton. Brilliant light straw in colour this elegantly structured wine has attractive peach and apricot characters on the palate and finishes with a clean crisp finish.
