Nose: Lifted aromatics reminiscent of raspberry and dark cherries.
Palate: Plush fruit and supple tannins give this wine a rare elegance.

2008 Reserve Merlot
Appearance: Deep red with crimson hues, brilliant clarity.
Nose: A perfumed, lifted nose showing cedar, mulberry and plum fruit aromas with some leafy hints.
Palate: A soft and velvety textured palate with generous sweet berry fruit flavours of very good concentration with nuances of vanilla and white chocolate. A balanced finish with elegant tannins supporting a soft finish of good length with ripe plum flavours lingering.

2008 Reserve Shiraz
Appearance: Dense red with purple/crimson hues, brilliant clarity.
Nose: Very intense, lifted aromas of complex ripe berry fruits with hints of tar, vanilla and toast.
Palate: A rich, full bodied palate with dense, very concentrated, ripe berry fruits with spice, toast and vanilla flavours adding layers to the palate. A balanced palate with a good acid spine and fine tannins in support with flavours lingering on a finish of very good length.

2007 Shiraz Viognier
Appearance: Medium density red with crimson hues, brilliant clarity.
Nose: Very intense, lifted aromas showing an array of attractive plum, dark berry and spice with floral and vanilla hints.
Palate: A medium bodied palate, showing very approachable plum, dark berry and spicey fruit flavours underlaid with well integrated cedar and vanilla characters. A balanced palate with elegant structure finishing of moderate to good length.
